Take notes

What happened this session that you don't want to forget? What are your next steps? Write that stuff down. Now. While it's still fresh in your mind.

You don't need to write a full session recap right now (it's late, you're probably tired). But try to capture:

• Your personal follow-up tasks ("Make a Plan for Vahid's gizmo," or "Talk to Bob about kibitzing")
• NPCs you introduced and their key details ("Stamat: sadistic mercenary; flamboyant; scarred, dead eye")
• Important decisions you made on the fly, especially those not yet revealed in play ("Callum is dead" or "Nanzl knows Brynmor is lying")
• Consequential events that you want to make relevant in future sessions ("Nanzl got a lock of Kios's hair," or "Sawyl is pissed at Nolwen").
• What you had in mind when you dropped a hint or introduced some provocative detail ("Silver goo is sign of the corrupted hagr," or "Una's fiery gem = heart of the Mighty Servant")
• Decisions you know you need to make ("What is in Piotr's cellar?")
• Prep you know you'll want to do ("Draw a map of the barrow")
